Solid Electrolyte Testing System (SEMS Series) is an integrated platform specifically developed for comprehensive evaluation of solid electrolyte materials. The system provides glovebox-level atmosphere protection and combines pressurization of solid-state mold/pellet cells, precise pressure monitoring, and thickness measurement, with automatic pressure locking and synchronized electrochemical characterization. By completing the full workflow from powder pressing to performance testing, it minimizes errors and uncertainties introduced by sample transfer in conventional methods, enabling researchers to obtain key performance metrics rapidly and accurately. Suitable for testing a wide range of solid electrolytes, including oxides, sulfides, and polymer electrolytes.
