1. Electrical Interconnects & Management

These are the "nervous system" and "circulatory system" of the BESS module. Reliability here is paramount to prevent thermal runaway or power loss.

• Busbars: High-conductivity copper or aluminum bars (often nickel-plated or insulated) used to connect cells and modules
• Wiring Harnesses: Custom low-voltage looms for data transmission between the BMS (Battery Management System) and individual cell sensors.
• Connectors & Terminals: Heavy-duty, touch-safe quick-connectors rated for high DC voltages (often up to 1500V).

2. Thermal Management Components

Since BESS efficiency and lifespan are temperature-dependent, these accessories are high-demand supply items.

• Liquid Cooling Plates: Cold plates that sit between or beneath modules to circulate coolant.
• Thermal Interface Materials (TIM): Specialized pads, gels, or tapes that ensure efficient heat transfer from cells to the cooling system.
• Hoses & Manifolds: UV-resistant and chemical-resistant plumbing used to distribute coolant throughout the rack.

3. Structural & Safety Hardware

These parts ensure the physical integrity of the stack and mitigate hazards.

• Module Enclosures: Precision-stamped or die-cast housings (often IP67 rated) that protect cells from dust and moisture.
• Compression Plates & Straps: Components used to maintain specific "beginning-of-life" pressure on pouch or prismatic cells to prevent swelling.
• Fire Suppression Integration: Brackets and nozzles for aerosol or clean-agent gas systems installed at the module or rack level.
